Richard Isaacs has been in the financial services industry since 1984 and has specialized in financial advisory services, including 401(k) Retirement Plans for over four decades. Richard is the Founder and President of Allegiance Financial Group, a co-founder of JMB Allegiance Retirement Partners, and an LPL Financial Registered Principal and OSJ Branch Manager. He maintains the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) certification as well as FINRA Series 24, Series 7, Series 31, Series 65, Series 63, and SIE licenses through LPL Financial. Additionally, he holds resident and non-resident Life/Health/Annuity licenses in multiple states. Richard’s early career was spent as an advisor to multi-national companies in the discipline of hedging foreign exchange and interest rate exposures. He also spent six years as a senior bank executive responsible for the growth and operation of Brokerage/Investment Divisions. He has spoken at national investment conferences for Banks and Credit Unions. Richard received a Bachelor of Science degree from The State University of New York, College at Oneonta.
Richard is an avid sports fan with a particular interest in the Los Angeles Rams and his hometown New York teams. He is a supporter of youth athletic programs and ran a baseball program for disabled children and their families. Richard has a lifetime ban from golfing, enjoys live music, and spending time with family and friends.
